A regular domestic clean consists of cleaning the areas of the home that you have daily contact with. For example, in the kitchen it’s work surfaces, mopping the floors, emptying bins etc.
Deep cleaning means cleaning all of the corners of the house that you don’t do on a regular bases, which means it takes much longer. For example, in the kitchen it would involve cleaning the oven, inside the fridge, inside all the cupboards, internal windows etc.

Yes. You don’t have to be at home when the cleaner comes to clean it. You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. Most of our cleaners hold keys for customers’ homes. Our vetting practices means you can feel confident that your keys are held securely and responsibly.

For all our cleaning services we accept cash payment or bank transfer (BACS). The most convenient way is to set up a standing order. Our bank details are available on request. All payments must be made in advance of services commencing.

No. We are back in operation for all of our cleaning services. We clean using full PPE kit, as well as providing hand sanitisers for our clients upon request.

Very simple, we charge on an hourly basis. Things like property size and job tasks may influence in pricing. Minimum of 2 hours booking per service.
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 1pm. Closed only on bank holidays.
Due to high levels of business we will very rarely come out and visit to offer a quote. If too many cleaning hours are booked and unused these will be refunded after the clean.
We can not guarantee the removal of all marks but will aim to certainly remove or make the appearance look better. When cleaning mould and mildew it can depend if the spores have embedded in to the wall paint, silicon or grouting and this will be dependant on how much can be removed.
We are not 100% sustainable but we are doing all we can. Our sustainable measures include the use of bamboo and recycled plastic for our cleaning materials. We are starting to implement eco-friendly cleaning products. Reducing our company’s and client’s waste.
